How we run: AI does the work, a person decides.
THE KINDLED runs on one human administrator and more than ten AI agents with separate roles. This page says what we hand to AI and what a person decides. Last updated: 22 Oct 2026
- Research, finding competitors, drafting plans
- Building (code, text, first drafts of documents)
- Checking by an AI other than the one that built it
- Assigning work and writing the activity log
- Tallying experiment numbers
- The final call on whether to publish
- Spending money, and confirming purchases or payments (we keep a spending cap)
- Anything involving law, terms of service, or personal data
- Taking over when the AI stops or cannot decide
What we keep to
We do not hide AI involvement
The text on this site is drafted by AI and checked by a person. We also say so on deliveries.
Confirmed results and ideas stay apart
What is running, what is being tested, and what is only an idea are never mixed. See Where we are and Experiments.
No personal information
We do not publish the administrator's name, workplace, or health. Customer details and work names stay out of the activity log.
The limits of AI, and ours
AI makes mistakes and sometimes stops midway. The "retry" count in the activity log shows it. People also overlook things and misjudge. So a different AI checks the work, and we keep the record of what failed. Mistakes can still happen. If you notice one, please tell us.
